(Sun 21st September: Tea Rooms open, no access beyond the Tea Rooms due to Abseil event.)
Access
- Wheelchair access only to ground floor with Reception, Shop and Tea Room counter.
- Seating outside for Tea Rooms fully accessible, seating inside on 1st (11 steps up spiral staircase) and 2nd floor.
- There are 111 steps to the roof-viewing platform. It is an easy to moderate climb. On route up the eight floors, there are chairs, an art gallery and museum so you can break up the climb and take a rest frequently!
- A visual history and gallery guide are being developed for those who cannot make the climb. Currently we have a booklet with pictures available priced £1.
- Sight impaired people can touch suitable artworks.
